This was my second time staying here. The location from Gatwick airport and the Gatwick Express was perfect. Great transport hub. Right on the District/Circle and Victoria underground lines and lots of buses (13, 390, etc). Plenty of eats in the new buildings as well as restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is on a beautiful and safe block in Belgravia. Traditional old house so lots of steps to get to your room. Rooms tend to be small, but who is sitting in their room in London??? Clean, comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. My husband needed an outlet for his CPAP and they changed our room to one that had an outlet next to the bed. Higher floors are better and our room (14) was facing the back so very quiet. Breakfast is more than adequate: lots of breads, yogurt, cheese, fruit, charcuterie, eggs, and a coffee maker that makes cappuccinos and espressos. They will gladly hold your luggage if you have a late flight. Gladly stay a 3rd time next time in London.

I like the friendliness of the staff and how they greeted us upon arrival. The hotel doesn't have a lift and the stairs are narrow but a staff can help you up with your luggage. The rooms are small but very clean, you get complimentary coffee and tea and some biscuits, too. Easy check in and check out. You can also have your luggage stored with them after check out. The breakfast room was small that it could not accommodate all guests between 8 and 9 am. I would suggest that they make a schedule of times for breakfast. Like a number of guests for 7-8 am then another number of guests for the 8-9am and so on.

Friendly staff at front desk has made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The spread in continental breakfast is oaky, but at least fresh fruits are provided which we appreciate. Location is great as it is near Victoria tube station (about 5 - 10min walk) and Victoria coach station is just round the corner. Many good restaurants are located in the vicinity. There is a cafe right next door and a pub opposite the street. And we have tried a great Italian restaurant down the street called Sicily (a good recommendation from the reception staff!).

The location of the hotel relative to major transportation points, as well as being within walking distance of many sights and experiences was very important, and it met those needs for us. Our room was clean and well-appointed, easily accessible, and suited our needs. Our expectations were adequately set, we knew the rooms were going to be a little smaller than more "American" hotels, but we didn't plan on living in our room, it's LONDON after all! I would compare them to a cruise-ship cabin, which suited us just fine for this trip.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you're travelling to, or from, Victoria Coach Station, being a short, level walk from the terminus. We were greeted warmly at reception, and shown to our room in the adjoining building. We appreciated the good sized shower area and quality toiletries. We also appreciated that a continental breakfast was included. The besd was comfortable and the whole place was clean.
